Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard delivery (India): 5–7 business days

• Express  delivery (India): 2–4 business days

• International  delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

Urban Hive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Urban Hive is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
